A Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
The Laurels of Carson City is an 82-bed skilled nursing facility operated by Ciena Healthcare. We offer the very best in short-term rehabilitation, palliative respite care, as well as care for those seeking extended and long-term stays.
Our facility features 35 private rehab suites with private bathrooms; a 1700 square-foot rehab gym, spa, and a rehab staff with an ability to rehab guests 7 days a week. Our semi-private extended care suites offer unique design with a privacy wall separating patient sleeping areas.
Underlying all we do for our guests is our guiding philosophy, The Laurel Way of Caring. This special way of thinking, reflected by every member of our carefully selected staff, ensures every guest will be offered respect, dignity, companionship and compassion every day.
We provide a complete range of services for patients that are unable to return home after a hospitalization. Our programs provide a safe transition from hospital to home with a depth of services that typically can not be provided through home health care or by family members.
