Denise Brady
Administrator
Denise Brady joined The Laurels of Carson City in 2022. Denise has over 30 years of experience in long-term care. Denise has helped facilities earn their Bronze and Silver awards and complete the Eden Alternative project. Denise was also named Administrator of the Year by HCAM in 2019.
Kristen Milton
Director of Nursing
Kristen has been part of Laurel Health Care Company since 2004. She began her nursing career as an LPN then transitioned to RN. She has held various jobs such as a charge nurse, unit manager, and Assistant Director of Nursing before being named the Director of Nursing. Kristen has spent her entire career working in Long-Term Care and Sub-Acute Rehab. She feels caring for the elderly population is her calling. Kristen is proud to work with such a great group of people.
